Poster Presentations
Poster presentations will take place from noon to 1pm on each day of the symposium.
Please prepare your poster using the guidelines outlined below.

Authors and Affiliations, indicating presenting author

Methods

Results or preliminary results

Conclusions/Implications

Presentation Format
-
Posters should be printed on approx. 36" × 48" to fit the boards
-
4' x 3 Trifold boards and pins will be provided to secure the posters
-
Include the names and affiliations of all the contributing authors.

All posters will be displayed for one hour and must be removed at the end of the session.
Spoken Presentations
All talks will be presented live, on-site in our Queens campus. Please prepare your presentation using the guidelines outlined below.

Please use slide decks formatted in .ppt or .pptx format.

Include the names and affiliations of all the contributing scientists.

All talks will be presented live, on-site.

Talks should be planned for 15 minutes in length, followed by a short Q&A discussion.

​Submit your finalized spoken presentation deck using the box below by May 6, 2026. We recommend bringing a copy of your talk in your own computer or portable drive.
